We've just released an overhaul to our Daily Settlement Summary emails. Here's a look at three main areas we've improved:
Plain-text summaries are no more. We've added visual styling and hierarchy to improve readability, and a new mobile-friendly layout to boot.
Email noise is the opposite of fun (as our merchants who have multiple accounts surely know). Traditionally we've sent a unique summary for each payment method accepted by each merchant account. Yikes. Well now we're being a bit more judicious in our communication, these new emails combine all merchant account summaries into a single message. Hooray!
Want to learn more about a specific settlement batch? Click the merchant account and you'll be directed to related advanced search results in your control panel.
Previously, it was difficult for our merchants to predict when their settlement emails would arrive. We're fixing this - now, every day at 3am PST, we'll send a summary of the previous day's settlement (provided there were transactions to settle).
