User Activity Log

Merchants have access to logs of a variety of activities executed by each user on the account.

Reports can be run from these logs using many different criteria. Users with access to this feature can generate a report utilizing the following criteria:

• Date Range - Actions performed within this range will be returned
• Users - Actions performed by the selected users will be returned
• Actions - These actions will be returned
  • User Management
    • Created User
    • Deleted User
    • Edited Role
  • Transactions
    • Created Sale
    • Created Credit
    • Refunded
    • Voided
  • Other
    • Unmasked Card

  Merchants can access User Activity Logs by selecting "Security" in the control panel.
