We need all of the items in order to start setting up your account for credit card processing. Once your application is complete, email it to applications@braintreepayments.com or fax it to 1-847-890-6644. We don't need a copy of the fine print - only pages you have filled out or signed. If you haven't heard back from us about your application within 1 business day, please contact your account manager to make sure it came through.

2. Agreements

Pricing Agreement

We emailed you this pricing sheet with the Application Center link (email applications@braintreepayments.com if you need another copy). You don't need to fill it out, just sign. Please note:
(1) Transactions fees apply only to credits/refunds; authorization fees apply only to sales.
(2) You will only be charged for Recurring Billing if you use it.

Merchant Agreement

You only need to return the signed Confirmation Page. You may also download our Addendum to the Agreement here, which clarifies that you may cancel at any time without incurring any termination fees.

3. Voided Check / Letter

Voided Check preprinted with legal or dba name and address

If you don’t have checks, don’t worry. Send us a bank letter instead (see our sample below). Be sure the letter is signed by your bank on bank letterhead, and confirms your routing and account numbers.

NOTE: In either case, this is the account where we'll deposit your funds and debit our fees.
